VOICE MAIL INSTRUCTIONS

Set up Mailbox - Basic STEP 1 Dial 615-409-1010 or 615-588-1010 (Carthage Area) from your phone STEP 2 Enter your password followed by #.

Press 7: Skip Back 3 Seconds Press 8: Pause/Continue Message Press 9: Skip Forward 3 Seconds Press *: Return to Main Menu Press 0: Hear Instructions Again MAILBOX SETUP MENU Press 1: Greeting Options Press 2: Change Password Press 3: Edit Notification Options

(Your Password will default to “0000” until you change it)

Press 4: Change Auto Login Options Press 5: Change Language Settings Press 6: Edit Distribution Lists Press 8: Record Name

Press 2: Record a New Greeting (press # after recording) Press *: To Return to Setup Menu

Press *: Return to Main Menu Press 0: Hear Instructions Again Accessing Your “Stand Alone” Mailbox Dial your Stand Alone Mailbox #. Dial 615-464-_____________ Press *. Enter your password followed by #. (Your password will default to “0000” until you change it) Options at this point are the same as a regular mailbox. Express Messaging Dial 615-409-2020 or 615-588-1020 (Carthage Area) Enter telephone number (Allows you to leave a message for a Voice Mail user without ringing their phone.) Setup Group Greeting for Sub-Mailboxes The Group Greeting is NOT a mailbox. It is a recording that explains to callers how they can leave messages for specific mailboxes. An example of the Group Greeting would be: “You have reached the Jones Family. To leave a message for Bill - Press 1, for Jan - Press 2, for Paul - Press 3.” STEP 1 Dial 615-409-1010 or 615-588-1010 (Carthage Area) from your phone STEP 2 Listen to the recording explaining that you must record a Group Greeting. Wait until the end of the recording, then Press 0 to administer the family mailbox. STEP 3 Enter your Password followed by #. (Your Password will default to “0000” until you change it) STEP 4 Press 9 for Mailbox Setup Options STEP 5 Press 1 for Greeting Options. STEP 6 Press 2 to record your Greeting. When finished recording Press # .

Press 2: Change Your Password Enter new password followed by #.

The password is any series of up to 16 digits you choose. You will not be able to access your mailbox without this password, so be sure to choose one that you can remember. To verify, enter your password followed by #. Your Voice Mailbox is now set up and ready to use!
