VOICE MAIL INSTRUCTIONS

Setup Sub-Mailboxes STEP 1 Dial 615-409-1010 or 615-588-1010 (Carthage Area) from your phone STEP 2 Enter single digit sub-mailbox ID (1-9) STEP 3 If prompted Enter your Password followed by #. STEP 4 Press 9 To Set Up Your Voice Mailbox. STEP 5 Press 1 Greeting Options. STEP 6 Press 2 to record a New Greeting. When finished recording, press #. Change Your Sub-Mailbox Password STEP 1 Dial 615-409-1010 or 615-588-1010 (Carthage Area) from your phone STEP 2 Press 9 for mailbox setup menu. STEP 3 Press 2 to change your password. STEP 4 Enter your new password and Press # . When prompted to verify the password, enter it again and Press # . The Password is any series of up to 16 digits you choose. You will not be able to access your mailbox without this Password, so be sure to choose one that you can remember. STEP 5 Press * To Return to Main Menu. Press * Hear “Enter Your Mailbox ID” STEP 6 Enter Mailbox ID (1-9) Example 1,2,3 etc - this indicates the sub-mailbox number (Repeat Steps 2 thru 5 for each Mailbox ID) Your Voice Mailbox is now set up and ready to use! You may Press * to return to the previous menu at any time. Change An Existing Group Greeting STEP 1 Dial 615-409-1010 or 615-588-1010 (Carthage Area) from your phone STEP 2 When prompted to enter your mailbox ID, Press 0 to admin- ister the family mailbox.

Accessing Your Mailbox Dial 615-409-1010 or 615-588-1010 (Carthage Area) Enter your Mailbox Number followed by #.

(Only if calling from a remote phone. Your Mailbox Number is your telephone number.) You will hear a recording stating which mailbox ID has new messages. Press 8: Pause/Continue Message Press 9: Skip Forward 3 Seconds Press *: Return to Main Menu Press 0: Hear Instructions Again MAILBOX SETUP MENU Press 1: Greeting Options Press 2: Change Password Press 3: Edit Notification Options Press 4: Change Auto Login Options Press 5: Change Language Settings Press 6: Edit Distribution Lists Press 8: Record Name

STEP 3 Enter your Password followed by #. STEP 4 Press 9 for mailbox setup options. Press 1 for Greeting options.

Press 2 to re-record your Greeting. When finished record- ing, Press # .

Press *: Return to Main Menu Press 0: Hear Instructions Again
