Allison Bond “I am Allison and I run a ministry called KTLM PROJECT (Kindness Through Letters Mission Project). I am disabled with developmental delays and mild cerebral palsy, but since I started this ministry, I’ve sent over 2,000 cards and letters all around the country, giving words of encouragement.” She is a local celebrity to our area.
