View Your Bill Online With PGTELCO’s “Online Bill Pay” Take advantage of PGTELCO’s Electronic Bill Presentation and Payment (EBPP) program at www.pgtelco.com . EBPP allows you to view a complete summary of your current billing information. You can see your billed, unpaid charges as well as your current service and billing address. The ‘Statements’ link gives you an online version of your current or previous month’s billing statements. When reviewing your toll calls, if you have a question about one of the records, you simply click on the number and the system will automatically retrieve the person and place called. The Pay Bill feature of the EBPP system allows customers to pay the entire unpaid balance, a portion, or overpay the current month’s billed charges. Customers may make payments with a credit card or e-check, and payments may be set up on a recurring basis. Customers can receive both the paper statements and an online statement, or, if you wish, you can get the online statement only and do away with the paper copy.
