Call Forward Remote Access The simple way to forward your calls Call Forward Remote Access is used to turn on, turn off or change the telephone number your calls are forwarded to from any touch-tone phone with touch-tone service. You must have Call Forward. How to Use Call Forward Remote Access 1. Call the appropriate access number. 2. Enter your 7 digit phone number + PIN number. You will receive a confirmation tone. 3. Press * 72 to turn Call Forwarding on. You will receive a confirmation tone. Enter the number to which you want your calls forwarded.** 4. Press * 73 to turn Call Forwarding off. You will receive a confirmation tone.
