Lifeline Assistance Program The Lifeline Assistance Program provides for a monthly discount off any qualified service offered by Madison County Telephone Company. The discount applies to monthly recurring rates for qualifying residential customers and is limited to one line per household at the customer’s primary residence. The amount of the discount varies based on the type of service received. This program discount is non-transferable. To qualify the customer must participate in one of the listed programs approved by the Federal Communications Commission. • Medicaid

The Arkansas Public Service Commission requires utilities to provide the following information. Public Service Commission rules are available to the customer on request at our business office. Service Application, Changes and Discontinuances Applications for new service, changes in existing service or discontinuance of service may be made at our Business Office in person, by telephone or by mail. Charges for installation of new service and changes in existing service will vary depending on the type of work involved. Rates All tariffed rates for service are on file with the Arkansas Public Service Commission and are available to the customer on request at our Business Office.
