Custom Calling Features

Reminder Call Reminder Call allows you to schedule an automatic call from the switch at a set time of day. An announcement is played when you answer. If the call is not answered, the switch will try again. You can schedule an individual or regular reminder. To enable an individual Reminder Call: 1. Dial the access code *310 . 2. You will be prompted to dial the desired time. 3. Your reminder call will be confirmed, with the option to cancel if desired. To disable all individual reminders dial *311 . To disable one individual reminder dial *312 . To check individual reminders dial *313 . To enable a regular Reminder Call: 1. Dial the access code *314 . 2. You will be prompted to dial the desired time. 3. You will be prompted to dial the repeat option code: • Monday - Sunday (1-7 followed by #) • Every weekday 8# • Every day 9# 4. Your reminder call will be confirmed, with the option to cancel if desired. To disable all regular reminders dial *315 . To disable one regular reminder dial *316 . Home Intercom Home Intercom allows you to speak with another individual using telephone extensions connected to the same line. There is no charge for this feature. 1. Lift receiver and listen for dial tone. 2. Dial your own telephone number. When you hear the busy signal, hang up. 3. The telephone will ring at all extensions. When someone picks up an extension, the ringing will stop. 4. Pick up your extension, and you will be connected. 5. When you hang up the telephone, Home Intercom is disconnected. Rotary Dial Phones Any of the Custom Calling Features described here can be used with a rotary dial phone by dialing 11 instead of * where indicated. For example, instead of *67 , dial 1167 .
