Telephone Service, Features & How-To
Our customer service department can help you with adding new or making changes to your services, your directory listing, bill ing and payment questions and information on other service matters. Office hours are Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM (except holidays). Call 1-833-WANT-GLO (1-833-926-8456) . When Ordering New Service Please have the following information available: 1. Complete street address (apartment num ber, if applicable). 2. Type of service you want. 3. How you would like your directory listing to appear. 4. Information about previous service or services shared with spouse or former spouse. 5. Social Security Number 6. A copy of your lease may be required. Local Calling Area Glo Fiber serves a 712 square mile area, which may be dialed directly without addi tional charges. Our local service area is di vided into exchanges, as shown on the map. Subscribers in the Hallsville exchange (655) may call Laurelville (332) without a toll charge. Extended Local Service (Hallsville subscribers only) Hallsville sub scribers (655) have extended local call ing privileges to the Circleville exchange. Calls between 8:00 AM & 9:00 PM Monday through Friday are $0.10 per call plus $0.05 per minute. Calls from 9:00 PM to 8:00 AM and all day Saturday and Sunday are $0.06 Glo Fiber’s Inside Wire Insurance is an op tional service that covers the repair of defec tive inside telephone wire, coaxial cable, and CAT 5 cable, plus outlets and connectors for these services. Inside Wire Insurance does not cover cus tomer-owned equipment associated cables and accessories such as TV, VCR, DVD, ste reo, computer, gaming systems, and phones. Installation or relocation of an outlet, exten sions of wiring, or wall fishing are not includ per call plus $0.03 per minute. Inside Wire Insurance Plan

Calling Features Anonymous Call Reject Rejects all incoming numbers that arrive as “private.” Turn it on • Press *77 . • Listen for the confirmation. Turn it off • Press *87 . Call Forward All Redirect all of your incoming calls to a num ber of your choice. Turn it on 1. Press *71 . 2. At the dial tone, dial the “forward-TO” number. 3. After dialing the “forward-TO” number, when the phone is answered, Call For ward All is on. If the line is busy or there is no answer, hang up. Your calls will be forwarded.
Turn it off 1. Press *72 .
2. After entering your off code, when you hear a stutter dial tone, Call Forward All is off. NOTE: Centrex users should use *71 to acti vate and #71 to deactivate. TIPS: • When Call Forward All is activated, you may hear a short ring as a call is forward ed, but you will not be able to answer the call. • Remember, Call Forward All stays on until you turn it off. • You can still call out when your incoming calls are being forwarded. • If a call is forwarded to a number outside your local calling area, usage or long dis tance charges will apply to your account, not your caller’s.
