CHANGING LONG DISTANCE PROVIDERS If you would like to change your long distance provider(s), you must contact your existing carrier to disconnect service and the desired carrier to establish new service. You will set up a new account and obtain a new Change-in-Carrier (CIC) code from your desired carrier, then contact American Broadband about your change and the switch will take effect.

DIRECT DIAL INTERNATIONAL CALLS 011 + Country Code + City Code + Number

OPERATOR-ASSISTED INTERNATIONAL CALLS 01 + Country Code + City Code + Number

ALTERNATE OPERATOR SERVICES Some hospitals, hotels, motels, airports, universities and private coin phones contract with an Alternate Operator Service (AOS). AOS rates can be higher than those charged by your long distance or local telephone company. You often pay for uncompleted calls.
