Individual Calling Features

REMOTE CALL FORWARDING Forward your calls to another location, even when you’re not at home. You must obtain your PIN number before you can use this feature for the first time. Call in to American Broadband to request a PIN number.

6. You get a dial tone. 7. Dial the number you want to forward your calls to. 8. You will hear a beep to acknowledge it is set up. To Cancel Call Forwarding From A Remote Location: 1. Dial 402-426-7090. 2. Enter the phone number you are forwarding plus your PIN and then # . 3. Dial *73 . 4. Hang up. When any type of Call Forwarding is in effect, you can still make outgoing calls.

To Set Up Call Forwarding From A Remote Location: 1. Dial 402-426-7090. 2. You will hear the instructions and then a dial tone. 3. Enter your phone number. 4. Enter your PIN and then # (call the business office to get a PIN) . 5. Enter the access code for the Call Forwarding feature: • Always Forward: *72 to activate or *73 to cancel • Busy Forward: *90 to activate or *91 to cancel • Delay Forward: *92 to activate or *93 to cancel
