Service Problems & Traveler Information

DIAGNOSE THE PROBLEM Take a few minutes to locate the service problem before you call Telephone Repair Service. You could save time and the cost of a visit by one of our service technicians. • If you have two or more active telephones in your home, try each phone, one at a time, in each outlet. If one phone doesn’t work in any of the jacks, and the other one does, the problem is in your phone. • If the phones do not work in a particular jack, the problem is most likely in the jack. • If you have a cordless phone and are experiencing problems, disconnect the telephone line from the outlet and unplug the power supply from the wall. Oftentimes, this will reset your telephone and solve the problem.
