How to use: 1. To disable Call Waiting for the next call, press *70 before the call. 2. To cancel Call Waiting during an active call (when Three Way Calling is activated), press *70 during the call. 3. To cancel Call Waiting during an active call when Three Way Calling is not activated, press flash hook and press *70 during the call. Caller ID with Call Waiting This service displays the calling number and name as part of the notification that a second call is on the line. How to use: 1. To enable Call Waiting with Caller ID, press *65 . 2. To disable Call Waiting with Caller ID, press *85 . These codes will only take effect if Call Waiting is already enabled. Call Forwarding With Call Forwarding, you can route calls made to your home number, to any local or long distance number or cell phone so you won’t miss important calls. How to use: 1. Lift the handset and listen for the dial tone. 2. Press *72 . 3. Listen for a second dial tone. 4. Dial the number to which you wish to forward your calls. 5. You will know that your phone number has been forwarded if either the party at forward number answers or you hear 2 beeps. 6. Within 30 seconds, repeat steps 1 – 4 above. You’ll hear a double tone confirmation to let you know your Call Forwarding is now working. How to cancel: 8. Lift the handset and listen for the dial tone. 9. Press *73 . 10. Listen for the double tone confirmation. 11. Hang up. NOTE: You will hear short rings on your phone as a call is being forwarded. You will not be able to answer these calls. You will, however, be able to make out going calls. If the forwarded number that you wish to use is a long distance number, you will be charged the long distance rate for each call that is forwarded and accepted. Remote Access to Call Forwarding (RACF) This service allows a Call Forwarding subscriber to access and change their Call Forwarding configuration from any phone. ENHANCED CUSTOM CALLING FEATURES & PROGRAMMING INSTRUCTIONS

How to use: 1. Dial 835-0000, 822-0000, 291-0000, 823-0000 or 325-0000. 2. You will hear instructions, then a special tone. 3. Dial your 10-digit phone number. 4. Enter your PIN number. 5. Dial *72 and immediately begin entering the phone number you want your calls forwarded to. How to cancel: 1. Dial 835-0000, 822-0000, 291-0000, 823-0000 or 325-0000. 2. You will hear instructions, then a special tone. 3. Dial your 10-digit phone number. 4. Enter your PIN number. 5. Dial *73. PIN Changes This service allows subscribers to use the tele phone handset to change their personal identification number (PIN), which they use to access Remote Access to Call Forwarding. The PIN is initialized to 0000 for new subscribers, which is not a valid PIN, so you are forced to enter a specific value when configuring a subscriber. It can be changed to any four-digit number. The default access code for this service is as follows: • To access the PIN Change service, press *319 . After dialing the access code, to change the PIN through the handset: • When prompted, enter your current PIN. • If the current PIN is correct, you are prompted to enter a new four-digit PIN. (The value 0000 is not valid.) • An announcement confirms the new four-digit PIN. Busy Call Forwarding (BCF) This service forwards incoming calls to an alternative number only when the subscriber’s line is busy. The subscriber is required to specify the forwarding num ber each time the service is enabled. How to use: 1. Dial *90 . 2. Wait for a confirmation tone, and then dial the number to forward to. 3. Wait for the confirmation tone. How to cancel: 1. Press *91 .
