Statement of Nondiscrimination Copper Valley Telephone Cooperative, Inc., and its subsidiaries, assures that it will fully comply with all requirements of Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, all requirements of Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973, as amended, all requirements of the Age Discrimination Act of 1975, as amended, the Americans With Disabilities Act of 1990, and all requirements of the rules and regulations of the U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA) to the end that no person in the United States shall be denied the benefits of, or be otherwise subjected to discrimination in the conduct of its programs or the operation of its facilities on the grounds of race, color, national origin, religion, sex, gender identity (including gender expression), sexual orientation, disability, age, marital status, family/parental status, income derived froma public assistance program, political beliefs, or reprisal or retaliation for prior civil rights activity, Under this Assurance, this organization is committed not to discriminate against any such person in its policies and practices relating to applications for service, relating to treatment of beneficiaries and participants, including employment, rates, conditions and extension of service, admission or access to or use of any of its facilities, attendance at and participation in any meetings of beneficiaries and participants or the exercise of any rights of such beneficiaries and participants in the conduct of the operations of this organization. Alaska Statutes SEC. 11.61.120 HARASSMENT.

(A) A person commits the crime of harassment if, with intent to harass or annoy another person, he (1) Insults, taunts, or challenges another per- son in a manner likely to provoke an immediate violent response; (2) Telephones another and fails to terminate the connection with intent to impair the ability of that person to place or receive telephone calls; (3) Makes repeated telephone calls at extremely inconvenient hours; (4) Makes an anonymous or obscene tele- phone call that threatens physical injury; or (5) Subjects another person to offensive physical contact. (B) Harassment is a Class B misdemeanor. SEC. 11.46.200 THEFT OF SERVICES. (A) A person commits theft of services if (1) the person obtains services, known by that person to be available only for compensa- tion, by deception, force, threat, or other means to avoid payment for the services; (2) having control over the disposition of services of others to which the person is not entitled, the person knowingly diverts those services to the person’s own benefit or to the benefit of another not entitled to them; or (3) the person obtains the use of computer time, a computer system, a computer pro- gram, a computer network, with reckless disregard that the use by that person is unauthorized. (B) Absconding without paying for hotel, restau- rant, or other services for which compensa- tion is customarily paid immediately upon the receiving of them is prima facie evidence that the services were obtained by deception. (C) A person may not be prosecuted under this section for theft of cable, microwave, subscription, or pay television or other tele- communications service if the service was
