PACKAGE OFFERINGS

This service provides a discount price when two or more of the Advanced Features are ordered together on the same customer line. This discount is offered to all residential and business customers.

The Advanced Features are indicated by ** on each page, and include Call Return, Call Screening, Preferred Call Forwarding, Priority Ringing, Repeat Dialing, and Special Call Acceptance.

Order any 2 of the Advanced Features — total package charge $3.00 per month Order any 3 of the Advanced Features — total package charge $4.00 per month Order any 4 of the Advanced Features — total package charge $5.00 per month

If a feature is installed at the time of the initial service installation, no additional service charges apply.

If a feature is added or changed after the initial service installation, a $5.00 service order charge will be applied.

ANONYMOUS CALL REJECTION

$1.00 per month

Allows customers to automatically reject all calls that have been marked anonymous by the calling party. When ACR is active, the called party receives no alerting (ringing) for a call that has been rejected. The call is routed to a denial announcement and subsequently terminated. A customer has the option of fixed ACR or variable:
