Ben Lomand Connect provides equal access for all your calls. This means you may select your long distance carrier for your local toll and your long distance toll which you will automatically access by dialing “1+”. Your carrier selection does not have to be the same. You may choose different carriers. Your local business office can provide you with a list of available carriers. Questions regarding the rates and services for the various carriers can be obtained by contacting the carrier directly. If you wish to change your long distance carrier(s), contact your local business office. There is a charge for making these changes. You may also make calls using a long distance carrier other than the one you have selected to handle your 1 + calls. To do this, dial the appropriate five-digit access code (10XXX) for that carrier. Each long distance carrier can provide you with their five-digit access code. You will need to establish an account with each long distance carrier you use. You may verify your long distance carrier by dialing 1-931-555-4141 for local toll and 1-700-555-4141 for long distance toll.
