Custom Calling Services and Instructions NOTE: You must have at least one number entered on your Selective Call Rejection List to activate the feature. To Delete Numbers from Your Blocked List: Lift handset, listen for the dial tone and press *60 , wait for the instructions and follow the prompts. To Deactivate Selective Call Rejection: Lift handset, listen for the dial tone, and press *60 . Listen for instructions, then dial 3 and wait for the confirmation announcement or tone. Feature Announcement: “The number you have dialed is not accepting calls from this number.” Tips and Shortcuts: • Press 1, 0 , # or * to bypass prompts. • Press 0 at any time to repeat instructions. • Press 1-0-7 to delete a number from your list. To Delete All Numbers from Your List: • Press * then wait for the prompt. • Press *08 and wait for the confirmation announcement, then press 1. • Lift the handset and listen for the dial tone. Dial *72 , you will hear 3 beeps followed by dial tone. Please enter the number you wish to forward to at this time. Enter the digits as you would dial them from the line you are forwarding; this includes 1 plus area code if applicable. • After successful completion of call forwarding you will receive 3 beeps. Your line is now forwarded. Call Forwarding To Activate Call Forwarding:

Caller ID When you receive a call, wait until your telephone completes the first ringing signal. The telephone number of the person calling you will appear on your display screen. Repeat Dialing Press *66 to have calls automatically re-dialed when the first attempt reaches a busy number. Upon activation, Repeat Dialing will re-check the number every 45 seconds for up to 30 minutes. You will be alerted with a distinctive ringing pattern when the busy number is free. Pick up your phone and the call rings through. * Feature will not function if the calling party’s number is marked “private” or is a long distance call. NOTE: Repeat Dialing can check more than one busy number at a time. While Repeat Dialing is working you can still use the phone line to make and receive other calls. To deactivate Repeat Dialing, Press *86 Anonymous Call Rejection With Anonymous Call Rejection calls marked “private” will be routed to an announcement informing the caller that you do not accept calls from blocked numbers. The recording will also instruct the caller on how to unblock their number so the call will go through. Feature Announcement: “The party you have called does not accept blocked calls. Please hang up and dial *82 and then the number you are trying to reach.” To Activate lift handset, listen for the dial tone and press *77 . To Deactivate , lift handset, listen for the dial tone and press *87 . Selective Call Rejection With Selective Call Rejection you can create and/or modify a list containing up to 12 telephone numbers that you do not wish to receive calls from. When you choose Selective Call Rejection, it is established on your line as an Inactive Feature until you choose to block a number and activate the feature. To Enter/Add Numbers to Your Blocked List: Lift handset, listen for the dial tone, press *60 and listen to the instructions. Enter #, the 10 digit phone number you wish to block and then # again. Press 3 to activate feature, if inactive, and listen for the confirmation announcement or tone. To Add the Last Caller to Your Blocked List: Lift the handset, listen for the dial tone and press *60 then #01# . Listen for the confirmation announcement or tone. To add additional numbers at the same time, press 0 and follow the instructions.
