Shenandoah Telephone Company Billing Cycles

See your Shenandoah Telephone Company bill for your monthly payment due date. Unpaid balances after 20 days are subject to a 1.5% late charge on the following month’s bill.

Where To Pay Your Bill In addition to paying your phone bill at our Business Office (106 S. Main St. in Edinburg) or by mail (P.O. Box 740573, Cincinnati, OH 45274) , it may be paid online at www.shentel.com or at participating Dollar General locations. When making your payment, please allow five working days for crediting to your account.

Paying Your Bill If unusual circumstances prevent you from paying your bill in full by the due date, con tact a customer service representative by dialing 1-800-SHENTEL . If you do not pay your bill or if you do not comply with mutually agreed upon payment arrangements, your telephone service may be disconnected. You will receive a disconnect notice before service is suspended. Billing Errors

Establishing/Transferring Service When ordering new service or transferring existing service in Shenandoah County, please call our customer service represen- tatives at 1-800-SHENTEL . Please have the following information available: Complete street and billing address How name is to be listed in the directory Type and location of telephone connections Type of telephone service

If you believe your bill is incorrect, contact a customer service rep resentative by dialing 1-800-SHENTEL . If the bill error cannot be promptly resolved, all other charges should be paid before your bill due date to maintain a good payment record. Billing Of Installation Charges

Your local service may be disconnected for failure to pay for regulated services, such as local dial tone. Shenandoah Telephone Company will identify on the customer’s bill those local telephone services that may not be terminated for failing to pay for non regulated services.

Automatic Payment Plan The automatic payment plan utilizes a mod ern banking system that is designed to make bill payment and record keeping eas ier and more efficient. It is an optional and convenient way to pay your telephone bill. For more information, please contact your Shentel customer service representative by dialing 1-800-SHENTEL .

As promptly as possible after the installa tion of new telephone service, we will send you an initial bill covering installation costs, long distance calls, if any, and local service charges prorated from the date of installation to your billing date, plus billing in advance for the next month’s local service.
