REQUEST FOR SERVICE - Make any request for service by dialing the Customer Service number listed above. An applicant for service must pay all previous indebtedness to the Telephone Company before service will be connected in accordance with the tariff. PAYING YOUR BILL - Disputed toll calls can be returned. Contact Customer Service for assistance. All disputed calls must be reported within 60 days of their initial billing. All undisputed charges must be paid by the delinquent date to maintain good credit. We appreciate the prompt manner in which most customers pay their bills, but those that do not are subject to disconnect. Your bill is due and payable upon receipt. Your account will be considered past due if full payment is not received by the 20th of the month. Accounts overdue after 30 days will receive notice of being disconnected if payment is not received within 10 days of that bill. When service has been disconnected for non payment it will not be restored until a deposit equal to two times your average monthly billing, plus all other charges have been paid.
