FAIR RESOLUTION OF COMPLAINTS If you have a question about telephone services, billing, policies or procedures, call your local telephone service provider. Your telephone service provider has the responsibility to answer your questions. If your question or problem is not resolved to your satisfaction, you may write or call your state’s public service commission.

DO-NOT-CALL REGISTRY Illinois law has adopted the National Do-Not-Call Registry, which is managed by the Federal Trade Commission, giving consumers the benefit of being included in both state and national registries with the convenience of free one-step enrollment. Illinois residential subscribers can register their telephone numbers by Internet or telephone.
