EMERGENCY CHECKLIST & EVACUATION ROUTE IN THE EVENT OF A NATURAL DISASTER

Evacuate: Nearest route to SR-312, proceed across Mickler- O’Connell Bridge to US-1 across SR-312 Extension to SR 207, proceed to I-95 or points westward. If you live in: Ponte Vedra Beach/Sawgrass Evacuate: N on SR-A1A, turn west onto Butler Blvd., proceed to I-95 or points westward. If you live in: Palm Valley Area Evacuate: Proceed SE to CR-210, proceed to I-95 or points westward. If you live in: On coast halfway between Micklers Landing & South Ponte Vedra Beach Evacuate: N of Guana Dam, go N to SR-A1A, proceed W across Palm Valley Bridge on CR-210. S of Guana Dam, go S on SR-A1A, proceed W across Vilano Bridge. Continue W on SR-16 to I-95 and points westward.

If you live in: Crescent Beach to Flagler County Line Evacuate:

N on SR-A1A to Crescent Beach, turn W on SR- 206, proceed across Crescent Beach Bridge to US- 1, proceed to I-95 or points westward. If you live in: South of intersection of CR-A1A Beach Blvd. and SR-A1A to Crescent Beach Evacuate: S on SR-A1A to Crescent Beach, turn W on SR-206, proceed across Crescent Beach Bridge to US-1, proceed to I-95 or points westward.

If You Need To Evacuate Before The Disaster:

If you live in: City of St. Augustine (Mainland) Evacuate:

N on US-1, turn W onto SR-16 or proceed SW on SR- 207 or S on US-1, proceed to I-95 or points westward. If you live in: City of St. Augustine (Davis Shores, Anastasia Island South to St. Augustine Alligator Farm) Evacuate: SR-A1A, proceed W across Bridge of Lions, to US-1 N or US-1 S and/or to SR-16, or SR 207 to I-95 or points westward. If you live in: South of St. Augustine Alligator Farm to area at S intersection of CR-A1A Beach Blvd. and SR-A1A, including City of St. Augustine Beach

EMERGENCY CHECKLIST • Know Evacuation Route. • Seven day water supply - one gallon per person per day. • Seven day supply of non-perishable food items and manual can opener. • Flashlight and portable radio - extra batteries. • Important personal and family documents. • Toiletries - sanitary needs. • Clothing - sturdy shoes. • Portable ice chest. • Bedding. • Cash or Travelers Checks. • First Aid Kit. • Two week supply of medications.
