BY MAIL: Please mail payments to Oneida County Telephone Company, PO Box 402, Holland Patent, NY 13354. When mailing payments, please return original portion of your bill with the payment and retain the copy for your records. Be sure to write your telephone number on the check to ensure proper application of payment to your account. IN PERSON: Bills may be paid in person at Oneida County Telephone Company, 9560 Main St., Holland Patent. Method of payment is check, cash, MasterCard, Visa, Discover or American Express. A night depository box is located to the right of the door for after-hours drop offs.
