Area Calling Options Shentel offers special rate calling plans to both the Staunton and Harrisonburg areas. These plans offer discounts and options to suit your specific calling patterns. The Staunton call- ing area includes the Verona, Staunton and Churchville exchanges. The Harrisonburg area includes Weyers Cave in Augusta County, as well as all of Rockingham County serviced by Verizon, with the exception of Bergton. The available options are described below. 1) The Economy Connection to either Staunton or Harrisonburg offers a flat rate of $.09 per minute for any call made to those areas. 2) The Value Connection offers the first sixty minutes of calls made to the Staunton and/ or Harrisonburg areas for a flat rate. Each additional minute thereafter is charged at a discounted per minute rate. 3) The Staunton Premium connection offers unlimited calling to the Staunton area for a flat monthly fee. The Harrisonburg Premium connection includes 1,000 minutes of use for a flat monthly fee. Each additional minute thereafter is charged at a discounted per minute rate. Please note that charges for the Staunton and Harrisonburg calling options are in addition to the monthly charge for basic local telephone ser- vice. Telephone Bills Telephone bills are due and payable upon receipt. A return envelope is included with each monthly bill for your convenience in mailing your payment. Should you misplace it, the mailing address is: Shentel P.O. Box 740573 Cincinnati, OH 45274 Remember – without proper postage your pay- ment will not reach us. Please affix a stamp and include your return address.

Please enclose the remittance portion of your bill with your check or money order made payable to Shentel. Please enter your telephone number on the check or money order to identify the payment. In addition, telephone bills may also be paid at the BB&T Bank located at 111 N. Main Street in Bridgewater.
