There you will see your billed, unpaid charges, as well as your current service and billing address. The ‘Pay My Bill’ link gives you an online version of your current or previous month’s billing statements. The Pay Bill feature of the EBPP system allows customers to pay the entire unpaid balance, a portion or overpay the current month’s billed charges. Customers may make payments with a credit card. Payments may be set up on a recur- ring basis. Customers have the option of receiv- ing both the paper statements and an online statement. You also can choose to get the online statement only if you prefer to do away with the paper copy. Telephone Bills Are Issued Once A Month

Telephone bills are issued once a month for the following: local service, long distance charges and other charges and credits. The due date for current charges is 21 days after the mailing date of your bill and will be printed on your bill. If payment is received after the due date, a penalty will be added. Late payments may result in service interruption, so make sure to allow enough mail time for us to process your payment. If you can’t pay by the due date, call our Business Office regarding a delayed payment agreement.
