Fastwyre provides single party residence and business service with unlimited local usage. This includes access to:

• Long Distance Service • Emergency Services • Operator Services • Directory Services

• Telecommunications Relay Services • Other services designed for persons with disabilities • Toll Blocking Use of these services may result in additional charges. In addition, Fastwyre provides one copy of its local directory at no additional charge. Touch-tone service is provided at no additional charge. Fastwyre would be pleased to provide you with specific rates for your area upon request. Fastwyre offers qualifying customers Lifeline Service. If you are a low-income customer, you may qualify. The Lifeline Program means you may receive a monthly discount for your basic phone charges. Please call Fastwyre if you have questions: 888 438-4490.

Telecommunication Services On December 4, 1997 the Public Service Commission of Missouri designated Holway Telephone Company the “Eligible Telecommuni cations Carrier” for its service area for universal service purposes. The goal of universal service is to provide all citizens access to essential telecommunications services.
