BY PHONE To pay by phone an account number and four digit PIN is required. In order to set-up a personalized PIN number you will need to call the business office. After your PIN number has been set-up call 1-844-244- 1506 and follow instructions to complete your payment.

in Drive-thru & Night drop The drive-thru is open 8 a.m. - 4 p.m. Monday through Friday at FTC’s office in Rainsville, and a night drop is available for after-hours payments. Payments placed in the night drop will be processed on the next business day.

Stop by our office in Rainsville between 8 a.m. and 4 p.m. Monday through Friday to pay your bill in person.

FTC accepts Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express for autopayments and for payments in person at its local office.
