Relay Missouri is a service that provides full tele- phone accessibility to people who are deaf, hard of hearing, deaf-blind, and speech disabled. You can use Relay Missouri to make telephone calls to family, businesses, or anyone in the world who has a phone. The service is available for anyone to use 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year at no charge. The operator voices every- thing you type and types everything you say.
