Rights and Responsibilities of OTELCO and Our Customers OTELCO will issue a bill the first day of each month. It will outline your toll calls, separated between carriers, local service charges and federal, state and local taxes. Payment will be due upon receipt, and will become delinquent on the 6th day of the following month. In the event your bill becomes delinquent, a ten-day notice will be sent before disconnecting your service. A restoral service charge will be applied if your service is disconnected.

In the event your bill becomes delinquent when a member of your family has a medical emergency requiring the continuance of your telephone ser- vice, please call the business office and we may continue your telephone service during such an emergency for up to 21 days. Incorrect Directory Listings The vast majority of all directory listings are correct. But, as with any job of this size, some errors are bound to occur. If your listing in the directory is incorrect, it cannot be changed until the next edition of the directory is issued.
