How To Set Up Your Custom Toll PIN Number 1. Pick up handset and listen for dial tone. 2. Dial * 97. 3. When prompted for your PIN number, enter#. (- - - -#) 4. Re-enter the same number again and press #. (- - - -#)

Enter the new PIN number of your choosing, and press #. (- - - -#) 5. Re-enter the same number again and press #. (- - - -#) 6. Your PIN Number has been changed. How To Make Long Distance Calls When Custom Toll Restriction Is Activated 1. Dial 1 + area code + seven-digit telephone number. 2. You will hear a recording “Sorry this call is not permitted please hang up”. Dial your pin # at this time and press #. The Dobson Telephone business office cannot change or look up PIN numbers. If you forget your PIN, the business office can reset your PIN to 0000. There will be a service charge for resetting your PIN.
