Call Forward Allows your calls to follow you so you stay in touch Life doesn’t stand still, and neither do you. With Call Forward, your calls can follow you wherever you go—to a friend’s house, the office, or even a relative’s place. How To Use Call Forward 1. Pick up the handset and press * 72. (On a rotary phone dial 72 and wait four seconds.) 2. Enter the number where you want your calls forwarded.* 3. If the call is answered, Call Forward is in effect. If the call is not answered or if it is busy, calls are not forwarded. Repeating steps one and two will automatically forward your calls. You will receive a confirmation tone. To Turn Off Call Forward 1. Pick up the handset and press * 73. (On a rotary phone dial 73 and wait four seconds.) 2. Listen for two short tones. Call Forward is now off.
