YOUMAYBE ELIGIBLE FORASSISTANCE Consumers meeting certain eligibility criteria are able to receive monthly discounts for telecommunications service through the federal Lifeline, Missouri Lifeline,Affordable Connectivity Program (ACP) and Missouri Disabled Program. To see if you qualify for the federal or Missouri Lifeline or Disabled Program, contact the LTC Networks business office and a customer service representative will explain the application process. Toll blocking is available at no chargeto all eligible Lifeline recipients.

Only one individual can claim Lifeline or disabled benefits per household. Visit GetInternet.govto see if you qualify for the ACP. Customerswho receive Lifeline benefits are also eligiblefor the ACP and can call the LTC Networks business officeto receive the additional benefit. Individuals receiving bothACP and Lifeline may applytheir ACP benefit to their Lifeline service orto a different service. Individuals receivingtheACP benefit may change plans or opt-out oftheACPat anytime, may obtain ACP supported broadband servicefrom any participating provideroftheir choosing, and maytransfer the ACP benefit to another provider.
