Only one individual can claim Lifeline or disabled benefits per household. To see if you qualify for the ACP, go to fcc.gov/ACP. Customers who receive Lifeline benefits are also eligible for the ACP and can call the LTC Networks business office to receive the additional benefit. Individuals receiving both ACP and Lifeline may apply their ACP benefit to their Lifeline service or to a different service. Individuals receiving the ACP benefit may change plans or opt-out of the ACP at any time, may obtain ACP supported broadband service from any participating provider of their choosing, and may transfer the ACP benefit to another provider.

FORASSISTANCE Consumers meeting certain eligibility criteria are able to receive monthly discounts for telecommunications service through the federal Lifeline, Missouri Lifeline, Affordable Connectivity Program (ACP) and Missouri Disabled Program. To see if you qualify for the federal or Missouri Lifeline or Disabled Program, contact the LTC Networks business office and a customer service representative will explain the application process. Toll blocking is available at no charge to all eligible Lifeline recipients.
