Long Distance Direct Dialing Station

If you wish to pay for the long distance call from the phone you are using and when you will talk with anyone who answers, the call is station-to-station and should be dialed direct. Station-to-station rates are lower than person-to-person and are lowest from 11 p.m. to 8 a.m., weekdays, all day Saturday and Sunday. Dial only 7 digits if you are calling within the 559 area. To place calls outside the area, dial 1 + area code + number.

International Direct Distance Dialing To dial international station-to-station calls, you will need to dial: 011 + The Country Code + The City Code + The Local Telephone Number For operator assistance, dial 00. For country codes and additional dialing information, please refer to pages 26 & 27 or dial 00.

Long Distance Company Code Dialing You can use company code dialing when making any of the types of calls above. For instructions using company code dialing, see page 15.

Special Calling Services Toll-Free Dial direct to numbers that are preceded by the Area Code 800, 833, 844, 855, 866, 877 and 888.
