Step 3: Listening to Your Messages from Your Home Phone: 1. Dial the Number to Access Voice Mail (222). 2. Press 1 to retrieve your messages. 3. Press 1 again to listen to the new message. 4. After you have listened to the message, a voice prompt will ask you to: a. Press 1-To listen to the message again. b. Press 2-To save the message and listen to next message.
In lieu of using these written instructions, the Voice Mail system attendant will guide you through the set-up process. Step 1: Record Your Personal Greeting 1. Dial the Number to Access Voice Mail (222). 2. At the Main Menu press 9. 3. Press 1 for Greeting Options. 4. Press 4 to Record a Greeting. 5. At the tone, record your greeting. When you are finished, press the # key. 6. The prompt will then ask you if you want to: a. Press 1 to listen to your greeting (to review how it sounds). b. Press 4 to record your greeting again followed by the # key. c. Repeat these steps until your greeting is acceptable. 7. Press 2 to save the greeting. Your Password has initially been set to 0000 (four zeros). It is recommended that youchange your password using the directions below. Step 2: Change Your Password 1. Dial the Number to Access Voice Mail (222). 2. At the Main Menu press 9. 3. At the Set-up Menu, press 2. 4. Enter your new Password (1-16 8. Press the * key to return to the Mailbox Main Menu.
c. Press 3-To delete the message and listen to the next message. d. Press 4-To save the message as new. Press the * key to return to the Main Menu.

Step 4: Listening to Your Messages Away from Home: There are two ways to access your Voice Mail from any phone when you are away from home: 1. Dial your home phone number (including the area code if calling long distance). 2. When the greeting begins, press the *(star) key. 3. When prompted, enter your Password, followed by the # key. 4. Refer to Step 3, item #2. OR 1. Dial the number to access Voice Mail (your prefix + 0088 - remember to include your area code if calling long distance). 2. When prompted, enter your voice mailbox number (home phone number - xxx-xxxx), followed by the # key. 3. When prompted, enter your Password, followed by the # key. 4. Refer to Step 3, item #2. If you wish to change the number of rings before your Voice Mail answers your call, see the instructions for “Call Forward No Answer” in the Enhanced Features Section. One of the features of GRM Networks Voice Mail is called “Auto-Login”. This feature connects you directly to your mailbox after you dial “222” from your phone line. You will not be prompted for your mailbox number and password. Your new Voice Mail service has Auto-Login enabled. If you want the new Voice Mail system to require a password to log in to your mailbox, you can disable Auto-Login. Your new Voice Mail service has a recorded greeting that your callers will hear. The following directions explain how to record your personal greeting.
