Single Number Service* Customers no longer need to be at home to receive a call. Single Number Service will allow customers to manage incoming calls using up to nine different phone numbers. By using a web portal, customers can program the feature with up to 9 phone numbers to “Find” them. Single Number Service will ring all numbers simultaneously allowing the customer to answer at the most convenient location. The customer will only give out one number. Single Number Service also enables customers to route all Voice Mail messages to their GRM Networks ® Voice Mailbox. Lift the handset and listen for the dial tone.

To call someone on your Speed Calling list: 1.

Press *75.

Lift the handset and listen for the dial tone.

Dial the two-digit speed code, then press the # key.

Listen for the dial tone.

Dial a two-digit speed code. (Choose any number, 20 through 49). Dial the phone number you wish to assign to that speed code. (For long distance calls, be sure to include “1” plus the area code).

To change your Speed Calling list: 1.

Lift the handset and listen for the dial tone.

Press *74.

Press the # key.

Listen for the dial tone.

Listen for the confirmation tone.

Dial the two-digit speed code you wish to change.

Listen for the cancellation tone, then the dial tone. Follow steps 4-7 to the left to program your Speed Calling list.
