TTY Message Relay Texas Hearing or Speech-impaired Customers
The specialized service relays calls between a person using a TTY device and any other telephone user in the state. It also allows a person without a TTY to call a TTY user. Specially trained personnel are available 24 hours a day, seven days a week, to relay the call.
