Service Difficulties Ellington Telephone Company will appreciate receiving prompt reports of service difficulties. We also appreciate receiving prompt reports from anyone concerning poles, wires, or other telephone equipment that might endanger lives or property. Bills and Payments Telephone bills are rendered monthly and are due upon presentation. If bills remain unpaid after 15 days following the date of the bill, service may be denied. For your convenience, a return envelope is included with each monthly bill. Simply detach the bottom portion of your bill and return with your payment. In some cases it is possible for calls to an incor- rect number to be rerouted to the correct num- ber. To arrange this, call our business office and a representative will be happy to help. Every customer receives one listing in the White Pages of the telephone directory without charge. Each business customer will receive one listing in the White Pages and one listing in the Yellow Pages, without charge. Additional listing options are available (an addi- tional monthly charge may apply): Unlisted Service: Your name and telephone number will be available in directory assistance, but will not appear in the White Pages. Non-published Service: Your name and telephone number will NOT be listed with directory assistance and will NOT appear in the White Pages. Additional listings:

You can list the same number under a differ- ent name, such as a spouse with a different last name.

Subscribers will be held responsible for all toll charges incurred from their telephone. Directory Listings The vast majority of all directory listings are cor- rect.
