Internet

Internet service will give you access to the Worldwide Web, where you can shop, find information or just “surf” interesting websites. Your Internet connection also allows you to communicate using e-mail (electronic mail). DSL Internet DSL is available to landline customers only. A DSL connection means you do not have to wait for a modem to dial – you will always be connected! The service operates through your landline phone line; however, it will not disrupt your phone service. To view various plans, prices and options, visit our website at bristolbay.com and click the Internet link.

To check your Internet usage at home, go to the following link: http://bbtc.usageviewer.com/ Once you are on the main page you will enter your MAC Address, which is listed on the sticker on the top of your Modem. If the sticker is missing, please call our office and we will give you your MAC Address. (The MAC number listed on the bottom of your modem is NOT the MAC number used to track your usage.) Technical Support DSL customers can call 246-3403 or 1-800-478-9100 Monday - Friday 8:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. for technical support.
