Call Forward Remote Access is used to turn on, turn off or change the telephone number your calls are forwarded to from any touch-tone phone with touch-tone service. You must have Call Forward. How to Use Call Forward Remote Access 1. Call the appropriate access number. 2. Enter your seven-digit phone number + PIN number. You will receive a confirmation tone. 3. Press * 72 to turn Call Forwarding on. You will receive a confirmation tone. Enter the number to which you want your calls forwarded. You will receive a confirmation tone.** 4. Press * 73 to turn Call Forwarding off. **You will be charged for any calls forwarded to a long distance number. Call Forward Access Numbers
