FOR YOUR INFORMATION

TEXAS NO-CALL REGISTRY Consumers in Texas may also register with Texas No-Call, which prevents telephone solicitations to residential and wireless phone numbers from all telemarketers operating in Texas. Consumers may register for the Texas No-Call list in one of two ways: 1. Online at http://www.texasnocall.com for instant registration. Utilize this easy, automated method to speed your registration. The site is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. Online registration is now free. 2. To register by mail, use the printable registration form and mail to: TEXAS NO CALL 100 Summer Street Suite 800 Boston, MA 02110 There is no charge to register your residential or wireless number on the statewide "Do-Not-Call List." Your number(s) will remain on the list for three years. Texas consumers may want to consider registering with the National Do-Not-Call Registry since it covers national telemarketers and the Texas No-Call affects only telemarketers operating in Texas. The National and the Texas No-Call lists do not prevent all telemarketing calls from being received once a consumer is registered. Both registries contain exemptions on who can continue to telemarket consumers. To obtain this information in Spanish, please contact our business office at 325-648-2237 or 800-535-8904.
