Specialized Telecommunications Assistance Program (STAP) “The Specialized Telecommunications Assistance Program (STAP) pro- vides financial assistance to

extension of service, use of any of its facilities, attendance at and participation in any meet- ings of beneficiaries and participants or the exercise of any rights of such beneficiaries and participants in the conduct of the operations of this organization. The person responsible for coordinating this organization’s nondiscrimination compliance effort is Justin Haynes, President. Any individ- ual or specific class of individuals, who feels that this organization has subjected them to discrimination may obtain further information about the statutes and regulations listed above from and/or file a written complaint with this organization; or the Secretary, U.S. Depart- ment of Agriculture, Washington, DC 20250; or the Administrator, Rural Utilities Service, Washington, DC 20250. Complaints must be filed within 180 days after the alleged dis- crimination or by such later date to which the Secretary of Agriculture or the Rural Utilities Service extends the time for filing.
