Specialized Telecommunications Assistance Program (STAP) “The Specialized Telecommunications Assistance Program (STAP) pro- vides financial assistance to

extension of service, use of any of its facilities, attendance at and participation in any meet- ings of beneficiaries and participants or the exercise of any rights of such beneficiaries and participants in the conduct of the operations of this organization. The person responsible for coordinating this organization’s nondiscrimination compliance effort is Justin Haynes, President.
