Direct Inward Dialing (DID) Service & Broadband

BBT filed a request with the Public Utility Commission of Texas (Commission) seeking approval to implement rates, terms, and conditions for the following optional service offering: Direct Inward Dialing (DID) Service . This service will be available throughout the BBT service territory to all business customers, where technical facilities permit, excluding pay telephone services. DID Service is a service consisting of the central office switching equipment necessary to pro- vide inward dialing from the local exchange and long distance telecommunications network to stations and attendant positions associated with customer premises switching systems. Direct Inward Dialing telephone numbers are provided in blocks of 100 consecutive numbers. The proposed monthly rate for this service is as follows:
