SCHOOLS Each county served by DTC Communications is proud of both its pub lic and private elementary and secondary schools, which offer quality education. Listed below are schools located within the Cooperative’s service area. Cannon County: Cannon County Elementary, Cannon North Elementary, Cannon South Elementary, Woodbury Seventh Day Adventist Elementary School, Cannon County Middle School, Cannon County High School. DeKalb County: Smithville Elementary, DeKalb West Elementary, DeKalb County Middle School, Northside Elementary, DeKalb County High School. Smith County: Carthage Elementary, Gordonsville Elementary, New Middleton Elementary, Gordonsville High School.

TELEVISION: Eleven television channels are available from the Nashville area and one Cookeville channel is available. IPTV is available in portions of the service area. DTC also provides local programming on DTC3.

TRANSPORTATION AIRPORT: Located in Smithville (City of Smithville Airport). The nearest commercial airport is located in Nashville. CAR RENTAL: Available in Smithville and Woodbury.

Courier is published weekly in Woodbury. The Carthage Courier is published weekly in Carthage. The Smithville Review is published weekly in Smithville. The Watertown Express is published biweekly in Watertown. All Nashville newspa pers are available to the area while newspapers from Carthage, Leba non, Murfreesboro and McMinnville serve parts of the area.
