Call Forward Remote Activation You can use any touch-tone phone at another location to set-up or change Call Forward on your home or business line. Before first use, you must change PIN number from your home telephone number: To Change PIN Number: ➤ To change PIN number, dial access code *58 from your home phone. You will hear “Please enter your current PIN followed by the # sign.” Enter default PIN: 1234 ➤ You will hear “Please enter your new 4 digit PIN code followed by the # sign.” Enter your new PIN code. You will hear “Your pin has been successfully changed to”. Your new PIN will be repeated twice. User Instructions: To Access Your Telephone’s Call Forward Service Remotely: ➤ Dial 615-683-4884 , enter your own telephone # (10 digits) followed by the # sign. ➤ Please enter current PIN followed by the # sign. ➤ Please enter access code ( *72 ) for the Call Forwarding feature you wish to configure. ➤ To Forward Calls, hear dial tone. ➤ Enter ten-digit telephone number to Call Forward followed by the # sign. You will hear confirmation tone and click. ➤ To Deactivate Call Forwarding, dial 615-683-4884 . You will hear “Please enter your own telephone number (10 digits) followed by the # sign.” ➤ Please enter your current PIN followed by the # sign. ➤ Please enter access code ( *73 ) for the Call Forwarding feature you wish to configure. You will hear double tone and click.

Calling Number See the number calling before you answer the phone. How It Works: When you receive a call, the telephone number of the person calling you is shown on your display screen. How To Use: 1. When you receive a call, wait until your telephone completes the first ringing signal. 2. The telephone number of the person calling you will automatically appear on your display screen. 3. If you choose to answer the call, the number will remain on the screen until you or the caller hangs up. Notes: ➤ Subscription to Caller Number requires the lease or purchase of a display telephone or an add-on display unit. ➤ If the letter “P” or “Private” appears on your screen, the caller may have blocked the display of their number by pressing *67 before placing the call. You can choose whether or not to answer the call. ➤ If “unknown name,” “unknown number,” “out of area,” or “0” appears, the caller is in an area that does not support Caller Number services.
