About The Cover

Marco Delgado, Barksdale Exchange This photo was taken at a family ranch on CR 300 owned by Melody and Carter Plumley, a ranch that has been established since 1927. The Plumleys raise Angora goats, and on this particular day, Marco was busy sorting through the kids to determine which ones would be strong prospects for the upcoming show season. Amid the chaos of sorting goats under the family barn, a rare moment of stillness appeared as the goats lined up perfectly in a row. Struck by the scene, Marco quickly grabbed his phone and captured the moment. “The lighting and setting were absolutely perfect,” Marco said. “I just had to capture the moment of the Angora Line Up.” The photo was taken using an iPhone 15 Pro Max. Although Marco typically relies on his Canon camera, he explained, “When there’s a photo opportunity, you take your shot.”
